September Update - It begins

Hello everyone!

We hope you are having a good day. Our day has been very busy. We have now picked up your calendars from the manufacturers. Now comes the sorting, packing, checking, taping, sticking and double checking that is the fulfillment process.

Luckily, we now have the mailers, which should make packing a lot more quicker, we will be organising and packing during the next week and we start getting these out to you next week. We will be sending out in batches so overall the packing and delivery should take a couple of weeks. We will let you know when all rewards have been sent out.

Pre orders

The pre-order shop will be closing in about one week's time so if you know of anyone who would like to grab these before it closes, please spread the word. After the store closes they will be available from our website at the retail price.

Hints

Okay, you shouldn't need these yet but we know some people just cannot resist opening their calendars earlier than expected. The hints for our first set of calendars are on our website however the hints for the new themes won't be up until November ready for the December.

September Update - Calendars are coming in soon

We hope everyone has had a nice summer holidays, we have been working on some new ideas but more on that another time. :)

Moving forward...

We will be collecting calendars from the manufacturers in the next couple of weeks and so will start with Kickstarter deliveries near the third week of September.  We are locking orders on BackerKit now so please check your email for their arrival soon. Please confirm that your mailing address is correct. Some backers have ordered some more add-ons, these will be locked in and charged shortly by BackerKit.

The pre-order store will be open for the next two weeks, once it has closed they will be available from our website.

We received the cardboard mailers today too, ready for shipping.

We will be in touch shortly with more news on when your delivery is making its way to you.

August Update - On schedule

Hello Everybody

Just a quick update to let you know we are still on schedule to our original plan. The calendars are being put together as we speak and aim to be ready in the middle of September, ready for start of shipping. 

We will confirm final addresses through BackerKit nearer the time in September. 

Surveys

We are 97% completed with surveys, BacketKit has sent out reminders, so if you have not received it please check your junk mail or contact us so we can resend it for you.

Mailers

We sent the final artwork for the mailers was sent out last week and they are all being printed right now. They should be ready at the same time the calendars are finished. We hope you enjoy the extra puzzles.

One little change that you may notice is that the inside of the mailer will be brown, the one above is a sampler that was sent to us and unfortunately due to stock amount the manufacturers didn't have enough of these for the orders for Kickstarter. So the cardboard will be brown, this will not affect the puzzles in anyway and still keep the calendar secure during mailing.

Uk Games Expo

Thank you so much to everyone who has filled our their surveys. We are 90% completed on all our surveys so if you have not received your email from BackerKit please let us know.

You may have noticed we have our Pre-Order store setup with BackerKit. Please let your friends and family know in case they missed the Kickstarter. Pre- Orders will be sent out once all the Kickstarter deliveries have been delivered. 

Update on Calendars

We have confirmed with the printers the final artwork and they are now being put into manufacture. Chocolates have been sent and will be inserted during the next couple of weeks. More updates to come in August.  

UK Games Expo

We are appearing at the UK Games Expo! We are there to mainly show and demo our new Escape Room Board Game- Collabescape. We will also be showcasing the sample calendars (from our last update) to let everyone know the Pre-Order Store is open. So if you happen to be around Birmingham near the NEC during 30th July to 1st August you will be able to come and see the beautifully printed samples on display. We will also have other activities to play on our stall so we hope you can make it.  If you are unable to make it to the Expo we will be updating our Facebook with news.

Surveys are out.

Just a quick update to let you know your surveys are coming out to you now. Some may arrive today and some tomorrow.

You’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://escapeadventcalendar.backerkit.com/

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at  https://escapeadventcalendar.backerkit.com/faq
