November Update 

Hello everyone, we hope you are all looking forward to December. We have updated our site with clues and hints for all of our calendars, this includes Escape the Christmas Closet, All Wrapped up and the cardboard mailer. Hints can be found on our members page (which is free to sign up) and then click on the calendar you are solving.

Prizes

If this is your first time solving our calendars you might not know that each theme has an end answer or a hidden code that you will need to find. These are usually found on the last day of the calendar, we hope you enjoy them. You can enter this answer into the calendar's competition page and we will draw a winner for each calendar theme in January. 

This year we are providing the beautiful 'Steampunk Junkies' 16GB USB Compass lock and 16GB USB Cryptex lock. A mini 'Lincman' Cryptex and wooden mechanical treasure box from 'ROKR.' Entries are now open till January 15th, so there is no rush to get answers in first. We will draw winners on January 31st.

We are still working on making the stretch goal PDF look good for you. Can you escape the frozen wasteland of the arctic when a test flight goes horribly wrong? Here is a sneak peek of a page coming to you soon.

Add on's- Split Shipping - Locking Addresses

If you have purchased add-ons, we will be locking down addresses now to get your calendars out to you  as soon as possible and arriving at the beginning of November.

Please make sure you have filled in your surveys correctly with your addresses and billing information. There will be a email coming from BackerKit to confirm this.

Calendars are out for delivery

Hello everybody

Just a quick update to let you know that all calendars are out on delivery. We finished the last of the Kickstarter rewards on Wednesday last week and have completed all the pre-orders yesterday.

We have been working solidly for the past 3 weeks so are going to take a rest for a few days before getting back to the 'Lost Sleigh' Escape PDF.

We also understand that some calendars are being solved already however the hint system on the website won't be updated till November.

Deliveries

As some of you may have seen on the news and also Kickstarter, there have been delays in shipping orders, everywhere is affected at the moment, we ask you to please be patience and your rewards will arrive soon. We did put an estimate that some deliveries may take up to 10 days to reach America and possibly a little longer for other countries.  

Shipping

We understand that some european countries got the Brexit custom tax. It has been a pain for Kickstarters across the board. We have been looking into it and hopefully (if all goes well) next year, we will be able to use a 3PL that can solve this problem and make shipping a lot easier.

We will be in touch shortly regarding the PDF and also our plans for next year.

Next batches are out

Hello everyone,

Just a quick update, by the end of Wednesday (29th) we will have mailed out rewards up to backer 450. We are hopeful to be get the rest out by the end of the week.

Glad to see that you enjoy receiving your calendars, thank you for some of the nice mentions on Facebook, it puts a smile on our faces and it really helps us out. :)

Starting to move....

We have been working our way down the list and we are finally ready to start fulfilling rewards.

First batch of calendars are on their way out for delivery ahead of schedule. We are sending out the Early birds and the rewards for backers 1 – 150 during these next few days. Depending on your location this could be up to 10 days to get to you. We will hopefully be getting another batch out later this week. We are aiming to get all rewards out within the next 2 weeks.

Please remember your calendars will be arriving in the stretch goal mailers, so please resist the temptation to rip open the package as there is a puzzle printed on the inside just for you. We hope you enjoy them.
